Step 1 – Claim your listing!

Before you do anything else, you should check if we have already created a free listing for you. If we have then you can claim it and save yourself some time.

Using the following search tool, enter your location, narrow the radius and search.

If you have a free listing, you will see it on the results page. If you do not see a listing for your business then move onto Step 3.

Click through to the listing you want to claim and then click the Claim button. You will first be prompted to sign up for an Operator's account if you have not already done so. Complete and submit the form, providing the required documents proving that you are the rightful owner of the business.

We may need to contact you directly to clarify some points before approving your request.

You can login to your Operator Dashboard at any time to see the status of your listing claim, and you will also be notified by email upon approval or if there are any issues. All successfully claimed listings are automatically verified and a blue tick will be displayed on your listing.
