RideShare brings fans, friends, and families together on shared coaches or minibuses going to the same event. Instead of everyone driving separately, we consolidate demand to offer a comfortable, great‑value service with reserved seating and a quick return after the event.

Confirm your email. If the ride isn’t priced yet, we request quotes from verified operators and email you the price.
3) Reserve seats
Pick your starting seat and we’ll place your group together, keeping a comfort gap where possible. Pay securely when on sale.

Pricing & guarantees
Each trip has a minimum seats to run. If this threshold isn’t met by the published sell‑by date, the trip will be cancelled and you’ll receive a full refund automatically. When a ride is marked On Sale, you can pay immediately; when it’s Price TBC, we’ll contact operators for quotes and confirm the price before you pay.
Seats, comfort & return pickup
Your seats are reserved for both directions. Where possible, we keep a comfort gap next to your group. Return pick‑ups are typically near the venue, around 20 minutes after the event, with a 10‑minute grace for anyone delayed leaving the stadium.

Q1.How is the pickup chosen?
When proposing, you suggest a pickup. We’ll refine it to a practical location for the operator and share the exact point with all passengers once confirmed.
Q2.Are toilet or accessibility features available?
Most RideShare journeys use 16 seater minibuses and these are unlikely to provide either toilet facilities or full accessibility features. If you have specific needs, contact us before booking and we’ll check with the operator.
Q3.Can I bring luggage?
Small bags are fine. For bulky items (e.g. instruments or sports kit) please check in advance so we can assign an appropriate vehicle.
Q4.Can children travel?
Yes, but please ensure you comply with child seat and supervision requirements. If in doubt, contact us before booking.
Q5.Can I change my seat?
We’ll try to accommodate seat changes before the trip, subject to availability. On the day, please follow the steward’s guidance.
